Walsingham 2011

Since the year 2000, parties from St Faith's and St Mary's have taken part in pilgrimages to the Anglican Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk.
In 2011, as was the case last year, they joined with the people of the St Oswald, Winwick, parish of Fr Martin Jones, ex-ordinand and old friend of St Faith's,
to journey from west to east (in a luxurious coach with facilities for Mona's own special Ascension Day) t o enjoy a sun-filled three days at the Shrine and in the village hostelries.
The photos taken by Joan and Bill Tudhope, Maureen Madden and Lillie Wilmot capture some of the atmosphere of this very special place.
