Service Changes

          Please note that from July 26th until the end of August, weekday services will be as follows:
   
               Monday: Holy Eucharist at 10.30m am
               Tuesday: Morning Prayer at 9.30 am
               Wednesday: Holy Eucharist at 10.30 am at St Mary's
               Friday: Evening Prayer at 6.30 pm
               Saturday: Holy Eucharist at 10.30 am

Special Events during the month of August

Two events in aid of the Plaza Community Cinema, Waterloo,  in our Church Hall:

          Saturday 14th at 1.00 pm: Coffee, 'brunch' and tombola and more...
          Saturday 21st at 7.30 pm: Quiz Night and fish and chip supper

Sunday 15th: Joint parishes' Barbecue at 4.00 pm in the vicarage garden           

Tuesday 17th: 'Mystery' coach trip... to Bodnant Gardens in North Wales!

Saturday 28th at 7.30 pm: Beetle Drive and Fish and Chip Supper in aid of the Church Hall refurbishment fund.

   We have appointed a PARISH OFFICE MANAGER for the United Benefice.

The 2010 Summer Saturday Concerts

This year's recital series began on Easter Saturday and runs as usual until the end of August. The church is open from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm each Saturday, and the concerts, which last between 30" and 45", begin at 12 noon. The concerts are free, with a retiring collection for expenses, and light refreshments are on sale. The programme for the remainder of the season is as below

.. a new initiative at St Faith's which opened on March 17th

for the flyer which advertised the inaugural service and meeting of a support group
offering help, support and a place of fellowship and prayer
for the families and friends of all service personnel.


Following the success of the opening service, St Faith's
will be open once a month, usually on the first Wednesday, offering ...
