Crosby Older Persons’ Forum
Sefton Pensioners Advocacy Centre is holding a Crosby Older Persons’ Forum meeting on the second Monday of every month at Crosby Library. All older people are welcome to come. We have information speakers and take part in consultations and local planning. We have speakers from Healthwatch, Sefton Home Improvements and Falls Prevention. We will also hear about Crosby Foodbank. Crosby Older Persons’ Forum meeting is part of a network of five forums which meet across Sefton aiming to make sure that the voice of older people is heard in our Borough. 'A TIME OF QUIET.... A TIME OF COMPANY'
Since this group started in March 2010, we have held monthly Open Meetings, each evening beginning with a short and moving prayer-based service which is followed by socialising and light refreshments. Meetings are held, usually on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 7.30 - 9.00 pm in the church, or as announced. Everyone is welcome, so please come along and join us at any time.
