All day, special events
Pricing policy for different lettings:
1. All charges are per 3 hour session
2. A 50% let will apply to Church based organisations
holding a social event, eg a fund-raising dinner.
3. A 10% let will apply to events run by Church
4. The charge for the use of the kitchen is included
in the normal charges but will be applied when booked separately.
5. There is no charge for church events held by or on
behalf of the Ministry Team.
6. The Parish Hall Secretary, with the approval of
the Vicar and Treasurer, will have discretion in certain circumstances,
eg social need.
7. The charges will be reviewed annually by the
Finance Committee for implementation on 1st April.
